I attended the KU LEAP immersion trip in 2022 and I will be forever grateful for the experience. Thanks to LEAP I found my career in the live music industry. Since graduating, I started a position at C3 Presents as the executive assistant to KU LEAP founder, Tim ‘Tuba’ Smith, the Director of Festivals and Strategic initiatives. My time at C3 includes working on the Festival Management team at Sueños Music Festival, Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, and Lollapalooza Chicago. I have also worked on the Artist Relations team at Austin City Limits Music Festival, Shaky Knees Music Festival, and the NFL Draft. The LEAP program is an amazing opportunity for anyone interested in live events and music!
